1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the eu9sg platform, including the website, mobile application or any related services, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document.

These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("user" or "member") and eu9sg ("platform", "we", "company"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the eu9sg platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

Registration by or on behalf of underage individuals is strictly prohibited. eu9sg reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts suspected of violating this condition until verification is complete.

2.2 Other Eligibility Requirements

• Each individual is permitted to register one account only. Registration of multiple accounts for any purpose is prohibited.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

Deposits to your eu9sg account can be made via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and crypto assets (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction for all payment methods.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved.
